"I was very pleased that the cashier Nancy associate 001625695 was very pleasant and conducted herself professionally. She was able to carry a conversation about some of the products I bought and what she liked about them. All I can say is that she was very impressionable. She was the nicest cashier I've ever had. Most just hurry you though but she carried on a conversation even though it was 3 days before Christmas and they were obviously busy. Absolutely wonderful service!"

So this was a waste of my time. I did not get 15% off my total while shopping today. This is very misleading to customers."

"I waited in line to purchase for 30 minutes or more. There were at least 3 registers that had no one checking out customers. i did see a man at customer service that was possibly the store manager or another manger who was neither checking customers out or helping customers in any way which added to everyone's frustration."
